Helpdesk Support Engineer
Helpdesk Support Engineer Position

The ideal candidate will have the following essential functions, skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Experience working within or supporting medical practices preferred.
  • Experience with EMR and Practice Management solutions is helpful.
  • 3 or more years of technical experience
  • Must be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft based networks.
  • Must have experience with Windows Active Directory.
  • A+ or other certifications desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with both Microsoft and Mac based systems desired.
  • Positive attitude and ability to get along well with others.
  • Ability to identify and recommend system and process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Remote desktop, laptop, server and networking equipment installation, maintenance, and support.
  • Support devices including printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Support mobile phones including Android and iPhone.
  • Support networking devices such as firewalls, switches, and APs.
  • Support of data security systems that include anti-virus, anti-spam and anti-intrusion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
