Is your practice reopening? Has your practice been open all along? Here at Tier3MD, we have definitely noticed an uptick in our help desk tickets. This tells us that more staff is going into the office these days. I guess we all have to return at some point. I just want to make sure everyone is safe. We are following the CDC guidelines and all of our techs have been provided masks, gloves and hand sanitizers. We are still working remotely, but some staff is starting to trickle into the office.
