Becoming the BEST

At Tier3MD, we are working very hard at becoming the best IT support group for medical practices. Our processes are constantly being refined and our main goal is you, the customer. We want to make sure your experiece for IT support is fast, courteous and efficient.

Normally, when clients call us, they are already frustrated or angry. They are slammed with patients, answering phones, and answering to the providers…and they can’t print. Now they have to pick up the phone or email Tier3MD. We understand how this can upset the day to day of a medical practices. Our goals are:

  1. To keep you from having to call us. If you don’t call us that is good for both us, and you!
  2. When you do call us, we want to make sure it is a good experience.
  3. We want to make sure that your issues are resolved quickly, with very little disturbance to you.

For us to get to those goals on a constant, continuous basis, we need to constantly refine our processes, policies and procedures, and we do. Our daily goal is becoming the best we can be.
