Have you started thinking about your 2018 plans? I started thinking about them in 2015, and now it’s here! As a business owner, I always like to plan in 3-5 year increments. Of course, the goal is always to provide better customer service, increase sales and revenue, and implement new products that help our customers. I am happy to say, we have done all 3!
For those of you that are customers, you know that we send out a survey when a ticket is closed. You may not know this, but I read each and every survey that comes in. If someone gets all “5’s”, I ring a bell for them. Don’t let them fool you…they love it. Every time I ring the bell, the all turn around waiting to see who it is for! This is one of the parts of my job that I love! lol
Our ticketing system keeps track of our survey responses. I can honestly tell you that almost 98% of our surveys come back positive. We are so proud of the fact that our customers really like us, and appreciate us, as we do them.
Every business wants to increase sales. 2018 plans are no different. Our best way to increase sales, is you, the customer. Nothing is more flattering than being recommended by a current customer. We have been around since 2005, and most of our sales and new customers have come from referrals from our existing customers, and work of mouth from co-workers and associates. Thank you to anyone reading this who has recommended Tier3MD!
This year, we have implemented a couple of new things included in our standard offering. One, is Dark Web scanning. We monitor your domain to make sure your email address and passwords are safe. We also offer OpenDNS, which helps avoid Ransomware, and web filtering. This is in addition to our standard offering of antivirus, antispyware, patch management, report monitoring, etc.
Tier3MD has been in business since 2005, and has continued to grow each year. My 2018 plans are to keep doing what I am doing, and keep making sure that our customers experience 100% satisfaction. Our goals are met each year we keep the customers happy.
