The Tier3MD onsite technical staff will assist your office with troubleshooting, equipment setup, new PC installation and more. We understand that a lot of what we do can be done effectively and efficiently remotely, but there are still those times when you need someone to come onsite. We have no problem sending a technician onsite! It’s what we do.
When Tier3MD calculates a contract for our customers, we take into consideration the money they will save by a hybrid of remote and onsite support. It’s a win-win all the way around. We totally understand that there are many times we need to provide onsite support. We calculate that and include it in your monthly support contract. This way, if we come onsite 5 times this week, you are not charged extra. We don’t like to nickle and dime our customers.
