Our live support is available during regular business hours. If you don’t have the time to pick up the phone, but you need help now, this may be the option for you. Our helpdesk engineers are available to help you quickly resolve your issues. To initiate a live chat, just click on the button on the right has side of your screen and click on “chat now”. Once initiated, our helpdesk staff will receive notification that there is a chat in the queue and will immediately respond to your request for assistance.
Using the live chat is extremely convenient. It is a quick way to communicate with our staff, and takes very little time.
